It was so nice to see Marriane joining us for our Google Meet from her car this afternoon! She told us about the movies she has been watching with her cousins at her Nana's house. Welcome back to Term 4!

Faakalofa lahi atu! We have been busy learning about Niuean Language week. We listened to a story about the Spotted Butterfly in Niuean. It's so lovely to see you on our Google Meets again after the school holidays in lockdown... Keep up with your online learning at home from Mrs Carter.

Marriane wrote: Today I feel happy because me and my cousin and Uncle want for a big walk to the Park and we past a house and it’s was my uncle friends house and they give us lollies and we want to my under uncle and he was work and they were building a house and then he saw us and he said hi and then went back home and then we had a bath with bubbles.

Yesterday afternoon we had the best turnout at our 2pm Google Meet of 12 children and 2 support staff online. Can you see yourself and your friends? We talked about who has a "Pop It" at their house and we showed them to each other... This is Mrs Carter's rainbow teddy one!

This week we are meeting with our own classes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon as our morning Team 2 Google Meets were getting busy and now everyone can have a turn to talk when they raise their hand and use GM4GM! Well done everyone for sharing. Mrs Carter loves seeing your happy smiley faces everyday while we are all staying safe in our Bubbles at home...

My trip to Stardome!

Marriane enjoyed travelling by bus to Cornwall Park in Greenlane to visit the observatory. She learnt about the earth, moon and sun and joined in the interactive activities. She also had fun at the playground with her friends! What did you like best?

Water safety in Term 1.

Marriane enjoyed learning to be safe in the eater at the Glen Innes pools. She is learning to float on her front and back like a starfish!She has also been practising her rocket ship arms. Well done from Mrs Carter.

Making paper snakes!

Today I had fun folding two pieces of coloured paper and then glued them together to create this pretend snake. I learnt about over and under and repeating the pattern.
